China Based Leading Silicon Bronze Marine Fasteners, C65100 Alloy Fasteners, C65500 Bronze Bolt manufacturer

 Referred to as an engineering copper based alloy, the C65100 Alloy Fasteners offer their user freedom from embrittlement, in addition to a high degree of resistance to corrosion from all types of saline fogs, water, and a wide variety of other corrosives. Similar to the former alloy, the  C65500 High Silicon Bronze Bolts are also known as an engineering alloy that offers high tensile strength, with excellent resistance to a wide range of corrosives. While C65500 Bronze Bolt has the ability to exhibit resistance to fresh and saltwater along with most acids, alkalies, salts, as well as organic chemicals, this alloy grade is not suited for use in environments that contains nitric acid, acid chromates, sulfides or oxidizing salts for e.g. ferric chloride.

The substantial content of silicon added to the alloy of C65600 Bronze Fasteners imparts it with good resistance to both atmospheric as well as marine corrosion. Most silicon bronze fastener manufacturers recommend these fasteners for applications where good thermal and electrical conductivity are important characteristics or if the application has a decorative purpose. Since these alloys exhibit good resistance to corrosion in marine based applications, Silicon Bronze Nuts Suppliers recommend these fasteners for use in wooden boats.
