The hastelloy material has different grades and the C276 is the most used and the most versatile alloy. High Temperature Fasteners Inc. is produces the Hastelloy C276 Round Bar in the ASTM B574 specification. The size ranges from 5mm to 500mm and the diameters range up to 100mm with the length of the ASTM B574 UNS N10276 Bar ranges from 100mm to 3000mm.

The bars can come in black, bright polished, matt finished and other types. The applications include petroleum refineries, heat exchangers, boilers, piping, chemical plants and cooling towers. The Hastelloy C276 Rod can come in different shapes such as hex, square, rectangular shapes. The material is made up of carbon, manganese, silicon, cobalt, phosphorus, ion, molybdenum, nickel, chromium, sulfur, tungsten and vanadium.

The Alloy C276 Hex Bar gets the high mechanical properties from this specific mechanical composition. The material has 355MPa minimum yield strength and 790MPa minimum tensile strength. The Hastelloy C276 Flat Bar can operate at high temperatures due to the high melting point of 1370 degrees Celsius.
