CDA 101 Cu Ogee Washers refers to the curved shape of this large, copper based washer. Typically used in dock and wood construction, ogee m10 copper washer is an oversized washer that is known to have a large bearing surface. The design of an ogee washer is intended to prevent bolt heads and nuts from pulling into the wood. Grade C11000 copper or as referred to as CDA 110 Copper Square Washers exhibit corrosion resistance properties that range between good to excellent.
On the other hand, oxygen free grade CDA 102 Cu Lock Washers offer high impact strength, along with good creep resistance properties. Moreover, the 102 Cu Washers provides the user with ease during welding operations and low volatility under high vacuum. The DIN 7603 Copper Sealing Washers, similar to pure copper exhibits good thermal and electrical conductivity. Regularly referred to as disk springs, when a Copper Spring Washers has been subjected to a load, the irregularities of the washer will compress in a manner that will proportionally resist their return to their pre-deflected shape.
