Since the Copper Round Bar made in UNS C12200 alloy falls between the range of UNS numbers C10100 to C13000, the ASTM B62 Copper Hex Bar is considered to be commercially pure. The mechanical properties of this alloy are to be determined from separately cast test bars like the Copper Round Bars. The high electrical and thermal conductivity of UNS C12200 Copper Rod 8mm along with its good corrosion resistance properties determine the use of pure copper. Apart from the mechanical properties of the Copper Cold Drawn Round Bar being enhanced, the cold drawn Copper Flat Bar as a final product will have a bright finish. Since the alloy is ductile, it can be formed into shapes like Copper Triangular Bar, Copper Hexagonal Bar and Copper Square Bar.
