M2 Steel Rods

M-2 High Speed Steel Round Bar, m2 stainless steel threaded rod, ppq/pps m2 steel guide and drill rod manufacturer

AISI O1 (DIN-1.3343) and IS-XT8W6Mo5Cr4V2 Round Rods, AISI M2 Square Rods Suppliers

M2 Steel Rods are made up of a tungsten molybdenum too steel material. The material is highly wear resistant, has red hardness and well balanced toughness. High Temperature Fasteners Inc. is a leading manufacturer of the M-2 High Speed Steel Round Bar has carbon, tungsten, vanadium, molybdenum and chromium in the composition. The yield strength of the material is an impressive 3250MPa when tempered at 300F.

The Rockwell C hardness of the material can go up to 65. The bar size can range from 4mm to 100mm. The M2 Stainless Steel Threaded Rod can have diameters ranging from 16mm to 200mm. The thickness of the flat bars range from 2mm to 100mm with the width ranging from 10mm to 100mm. There are different tolerance levels to the Ppq/Pps M2 Steel Guide And Drill Rod ranging from H8 through H13 and K9 through k12 and as per customer requirements.

The rods could be hardened, tempered and annealed for strength. They can come in hot rolled, cold drawn, cold rolled or forged conditions. The DIN-1.3343 Round Rods can be precipitation hardened as well. The applications of the rods can be seen in milling cutter, wist drills, reamers, taps, saw, knives and broachers. Please feel free to contact us for more information on the products as we are a leading AISI M2 Square Rods Suppliers.
