Keep bulk stock of ASME SF594 Washers and Hex Nuts Manufacturer in China at best price
China’s Largest ASTM F594H Lug Nuts Suppliers in mumbai, China
ASTM F594 Heavy Hex Nut falls under the F594 alloy groups. There are seven different groups of material which are used to make the fasteners. High Temperature Fasteners Inc. is a leading manufacturer and supplier of the different types of fasteners from the different material groups. The groups 1-3 are austenitic stainless steel, the group 4 is ferritic and the group 5 and 6 are martensitic.
The group 7 of these alloys is precipitation hardening material 630(17-4). The ASME SF594 Washers and other fasteners are made in different sizes ranging from ¼ inches to 1 ½ inches inclusive. The material should have carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, silicon, chromium, nickel, copper and molybdenum in the composition. There are different proportions at which these elements should be in different material grades.
The ASTM F594H Lug Nuts are one type of nuts that are used to make sure that the nuts stay in place. The lug nuts are mostly seen on automobile wheels but the applications range widely from engine parts, exterior components and other applications where the external nuts are not be loosened with vibrations. Please feel free to contact us for the different types, material grades, specification, dimensions and standards of the ASTM F594 Nuts and prices.

A Minimum values except where shown as maximum or as a range.
B legend of conditions:
AF – Headed and rolled from annealed stock and then reannealed
AH – Solution annealed and age hardened after forming
CW – Headed and rolled from annealed stock thus acquiring a degree of cold work. Sizes 0.75inch and larger may be hot worked and solution annealed.
H – Hardened and tempered at 1050°F (565°C) minimum.
HT – Hardened and tempered at 525°F (274°C) minimum.
SH – Machined from strain hardened stock or cold worked to develop the specific properties.
C The yield and tensile strength values for full size products shall be computed by dividing the yield and maximum tensile load value by the stress area for the product size and thread sizes determined in accordance with Test Methods F606.
D Yield strength is the stress at which an offset of 0.2 & gauge length occurs.

A Tensile stress areas are computed using the following formula: AB = 0.7854 [D- (0.9743/n)]2
Where:
AB = Tensile stress area, inch2,
D = Nominal size (basic major diameter), in., and,
n = number of threads per inch.
