The two partners i.e. 316 stainless steel hex nuts along with the bolt are kept together by due to the occurrence of their threads’ friction. Due to friction, there is a slight elastic deformation noticed in the stainless steel hex nut m8, along with a  slight stretching of the bolt. This combination causes a compression of the parts, which cause them to be held together.
