Stainless Steel 310S Fasteners are made up of a low carbon version of the medium carbon stainless steel. The material has 25% chromium and 20% nickel in the chemical composition. High Temperature Fasteners Inc. is a leading manufacturer and supplier of the different types such as the SS 310S Hex Nuts And Bolts and others. The length of the fasteners range from 3mm to 200mm and the sizes range from M3 to M56 or 3/6 inches to 2 inches with custom sizes available. The UNS S31008 Studs and other fasteners have 205MPa minimum yield strength and 515MPa minimum tensile strength. This is equivalent to the 18-8 austenitic stainless steel grades. The Brinell hardness of the fasteners is 217. The material has good thermal conductivity and electric resistivity. The types differ as nuts, bolts, washers, screws, threaded rods and other specified fasteners. The thread types of the DIN 1.4845 Threaded Rod and screw types vary according to the need of the applications.
