Stainless Steel 304h Fasteners are made up of a high carbon version of the 304 austenitic stainless steel grade. The material is strong, corrosion resistant and has good mechanical properties. High Temperature Fasteners Inc. is a leading manufacturer and supplier of the different types of SS 304h Nuts And Bolts in different shapes and sizes. The specifications for these bolts are ASTM A193 and A194.

The fasteners come in sizes ranging from M2 through M30. There are DIN, ASTM, ASME and other international standards to govern the sizes. The length of the materials varies from 3mm to 200mm and the diameters range from M5 through M56 or ¼ inches to 1 inch. The UNS S30409 Studs have carbon, silicon, nickel, chromium, phosphorus, manganese and sulfur in the composition. This material composition provides the fasteners with 205MPa minimum yield strength and 515MPa minimum tensile strength. 

The material has Brinell hardness score of 201. The operating temperature of the fasteners can go up to 870 degrees Celsius and therefore these are suitable for high temperature applications. The EN 1.4948 Threaded Rod as well as other fasteners are used in oil and gas, petroleum, petrochemical, heat exchanger, boiler, power generation and other high temperature applications as well.
