Hollow bars may be interchangeably used as pipes and tubes, for those applications which demand sturdier components in their system for the transportation of media across. The most prominent characteristic of grade 316 ASTM A276 Stainless Steel Square Hollow Bars is perhaps, its resistance to marine environments and moderate resistance to chlorine stress related corrosion cracking. Hollow bars are available in various forms and shapes including rounds, squares, and hexagons, depending on their application. Generally, the use of ASTM A479 Polish Hollow Bars is well suited to pressure vessels and boiler applications.
